Jacket Potato Pizza Tour starts this week

Hello everyone

Just in case you don’t follow me on instaaaaagrammmmmm and so haven’t seen all the many posts about my tour here’s another message to remind you of what I said in my last message which is that I’m going on tour. All the dates are here.

I’m also about to feature in the second series of the great THINGS YOU SHOULD HAVE DONE on the bbc, penned by the miraculous Lucia Keskin. It’s out very soon. in the next 2 weeks I think but don’t quote me on that. I play a bisexual and quite unhinged therapist called Ruth and wear a plastic green coat all the time. We filmed in Ramsgate and I ate loads of buns from a bakery down there during filming. I enjoyed myself an incredible amount.

But this post is mainly about the tour which I’m about to start – did I mention that?  Please don’t think “I actually can’t be arsed to go and see her live, I’ll just watch her  on TYSHD from my own chair” because that would be terrible from my point of view.

And finally, some personal information.

I had a root canal the other day. They did it really well.

My bicycle needs a wash. it’s got some bird shit on the mudguards.

A window has dropped out of its frame which has been causing a right draft.

I cleared out all the out of date food colourings and extracts from the baking drawer.

I’m 54 and I’ve only just found out EXACTLY how fluids are processed in the body. I had a vague idea, but not the full picture. It’s unbelievable.
