Bridget Christie is a regular on the sketch and stand-up circuit, performing as herself, A Ant, the circuit's top ant comedian, and Jason the War Donkey.
She is a regular panellist on Radio 4's News Quiz and the Broadcasting House Programme. She has starred in a number of TV and radio comedies and will soon feature in Cardinal Burns' E4 series and in Harry Hill's "Little Crackers" short film for Sky, as an abusive and violent air hostess.
She has written and performed six critically acclaimed consecutive solo Edinburgh shows, (The Cheese Roll, The Court of King Charles II, The Court of King Charles II - The Second, My Daily Mail Hell, A Ant, and Housewife Surrealist), which have been comedy picks in The Metro, Independent, The Guardian, The Times, The Stage, The List, Scotsman, The Skinny, and The Sunday Times.
Her 2010 show, A Ant, was in the Top 10 best reviewed shows for that year and was featured in BBC2's The Culture Show.
Her 2011 show, Housewife Surrealist, gained four 5 star reviews from Chortle, Skinny, The British Comedy Guide and Scotsgay.

She is currently working on a script loosely based on The Mitford sisters, called The Flappers, and hopes to stage it sometime next year.

Bridget was a finalist in Funny Women 2004, nominated for the Leicester Mercury Comedian of the Year 2005, won the inaugural Funny Women Best Show Fringe Award 2007 and was nominated for the Chortle Best Breakthrough Act 2009.
